How to make coffee semifreddo

In a saucepan over the fire, prepare a syrup by dissolving the sugar in the water. From the moment of boiling, cook for 5 minutes.

Prepare the restricted coffee and add the soluble coffee inside.
Put both in the saucepan and mix.

Then whip the egg yolks making them fluffy.
Then add the boiling mixture slowly, mix and let it cool.

Separately whip the cream.
Then add it to the now cold mixture.

Pour everything into the mold lined with parchment paper.
Cover with the same paper and put in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

After this time, turn the parfait upside down and remove the parchment paper.
Whip more cream and add it in tufts on the surface.

Decorate your coffee parfait with chocolate-covered coffee beans.
