The pork fillet with figs served on a delicious cooking sauce and a bed of fruit. It is prepared a little in a pan and a little in the oven after marinating the meat in red wine, rosemary, garlic and very delicate pink pepper. Since in this recipe the figs will be used with all their peel, make sure you have chosen untreated fruits or take particular care when washing them. This meat dish is a typical autumn recipe perfect to be brought to the table on Sunday for lunch when the whole family finally gathers to spend a moment of conviviality together.

Method

How to make pork fillet with figs

Wrap the pork fillet with the slices of stretched bacon.

Secure with rounds of kitchen twine.
Transfer to a bowl with the wine and add the rosemary, garlic and pink pepper.
Let the meat marinate for 1 hour, turning it 2-3 times.

After this time, drain the meat and brown it in a pan with oil, thus forming a nice crust.

Then move the fillet to a baking sheet and add oil, pepper and a pinch of salt.
Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 20/30 minutes.

Now strain the marinade and bring it to a boil in a pan.

Meanwhile, wash the figs and cut them in half.
Also wash the bunch of grapes and shell them.

Then add the fruit in the pan, a pinch of salt and the bay leaf.
Cook for 5 minutes on high heat.

Remove the roast from the oven and serve the pork tenderloin with figs with the grapes and cooking juices.
