Still on the subject of chocolate, I had the desire for a tart with Nutella and I had some new tart molds to inaugurate and so this morning for breakfast I prepared these Nutella tarts with my fantastic molds :)
The tartlets with Nutella are soft and obviously lustful ehehhehe!
How to make Nutella tarts
Prepare the shortcrust pastry by placing the flour in a heap with the butter in the center, start working the mixture with your fingertips.
Now add the sugar, the 3 egg yolks and an egg white.
Mix the ingredients quickly, working the dough with your fingertips, wetting them from time to time under cold water.
As soon as the pastry is ready, mix everything together to form a ball.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Now resume the dough, divide it into 2 and on a surface sprinkled with flour, with a rolling pin, roll out a sheet.
Cover the tart molds with the pastry.
Fill the tartlets with a generous spoonful of Nutella (trying to level the Nutella layer).
With the remaining shortcrust pastry, stand a pastry and cut strips with a smooth blade knife to put on the Nutella layer.
Adhere the strips to the edges of the Nutella tarts and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Remove the Nutella tartlets from the oven, let them cool down and ... enjoy !!!
