How to make carrot pancakes
Clean the carrots, peel them and chop them in a mixer.
Now move them to a bowl.
Finely chop the onion and add it too.
Then add the eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and Parmesan.
Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Then form balls, mash them and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the pancakes with a little oil and cook at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
Continue grilling for another 10 minutes and let cool.
