How to make herb puff pastry
Melt the butter until it becomes a cream, put it in a bowl and add the salt and chopped herbs.
Brush the puff pastry with the flavored butter.
Also add the julienned cheese.
Roll up the puff pastry until you get a sausage.
Then cut into slices that are not too thin.
Arrange the swivels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you want you can brush them with milk before baking.
