To start, clean and wash the potatoes, cut them into cubes. Put a pot on the fire with olive oil and chopped onion, add the ham and garlic, leave it for a few minutes and then pour the wine and let it evaporate.

Put the potatoes and pasta, cover with water, match with salt, cover with a lid and let it boil for 10-15 minutes on a suitable heat.

When it is ready, set it aside, add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix continuously, leave it for a few minutes and then serve hot.
