We unwrap the cauliflower in bouquets, wash it well. In a saucepan put boiling salted water. We put the bunches of cauliflower in boiled water, let them boil for 5-8 minutes (I like them to remain crispy, I boil them for a maximum of 5 minutes). Drain the water, sprinkle with black pepper and leave to cool. We prepare the flour, the 2 eggs with salt and pepper powder, the breadcrumbs. Each bouquet is given through flour, eggs and breadcrumbs (in that order).
Fry them in hot oil on both sides.
Serve with mayonnaise, garlic sauce or fresh salad.
