I had some big mushrooms at home and I didn't know how to make them and while looking through the fridge I found corn left over from beef salad, ham, a little pepper and that's how the inspiration came! A very healthy kind of pizza!
- 6 large mushrooms
- 6 slices of ham
- 6 thin slices of pepper
- olive oil
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed mushrooms:
Grease a pan with olive oil and place the mushrooms. Put ketchup in each mushroom and then sprinkle with oregano and a little salt. Add the ham, corn, pepper and on top the cheese cut into thin slices and put in the oven.
Oregano can be replaced with basil, depending on preferences!
